Jeroen De Pauw teaches you in a on size made cooking-course the tricks of the trade. You decide what style or which part of the world you want to explore and we find all the ingredients for you. Would you like to survey the Thai kitchen, learn to cook vegetarian, make sushi or get to know the French kitchen? Or would you rather take a surprise-course, where even the cook doesn’t know what it’s going to be...

Wine-course

The domain has the perfect location to organise a wine-course for your company as a team-event, or for your friends or clients. Choose between a basic-course of one hour, or an extensive course were you will speak about all the finesses of the different regions and the kind of wines.
To give you an idea: a course of one hour with a wine sample and enlargement with a group of 10 to 15 persons costs 400 euro. Everybody gets a small present as a memory.

The hotel and the castle d’Aertrycke are situated in rural Bruges. You are only 20 minutes away of this metropolis. Because of her impressive art historic and cultural patrimonial the city obtained the European fame as art city and tourist centre.
